Send a Card!

Send a Mother's Day card to someone important in your life and help find a cure for scleroderma.

It's simple. Here's how:

1) Visit the SRF online donation page by clicking the link below

2) After completing your donation information, fill out the Tribute Gift portion of the form in honor of your special tributee - be sure to include their contact information so we'll know where to send your card

3) Write your personal note in the "Comment to SRF" field at the bottom of the page. We'll create the card and send it to arrive in time for Mother's Day.

That's it! We'll mail your card and you will have helped to find a cure for scleroderma while sending some special Mother's Day cheer.
