The Scleroderma Research Foundation is committed to educating the public and attracting national attention to its mission and the disease. Building nationwide recognition for scleroderma is important to generate funds needed for scientific research.

In addition to producing three of its own acclaimed documentaries, The Power of Two, Fast Track to a Cure, and Changing Lives, the work of SRF has been featured prominently on such television channels and programs as: A&E Biography, Access Hollywood, Dateline NBC, E! Entertainment News, Oprah, Entertainment Tonight, 48 Hours and countless local and national television and radio news/talk programs.

Print coverage has been equally exciting for the scleroderma community. The SRF and its programs have received press coverage in publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, New York Times and USA Today, to magazines such as McCall’s, People and Good Housekeeping.

Spreading the word about scleroderma and the work of the SRF makes a tremendous difference in our ability to forge ahead in the search for a cure.  We will continue to pursue nationwide coverage in leading newspapers, magazines, television programs, and the thousands of local media outlets throughout the nation.  The more people who become educated about this devastating disease, the greater our opportunity to help patients.
